WHEN SHOULD I CALL LIFT ASSIST?
At Loft assist we realize that some accidents may feel like an emergency. If the person has fallen but is not injured and does not require 911 or emergency services Lift Assist Canada could be an excellent choice. If there is any concern or doubt about injury, chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or any other medical emergency call 911 immediately.

Getting the help you need after a non-injury fall shouldn’t have to be expensive.
At Lift Assist Canada, a standard lift assist is just $75. For approximately $30 more than some other service options, you can choose a service dedicated specifically to non-emergency lift assistance—helping you get the support you need without an unnecessary wait.
You may also be surprised to learn that some extended health benefits, home-care programs, veterans’ benefits, long-term care insurance policies, or other assistance programs may provide coverage or reimbursement for eligible services.
We encourage you to check with your insurance or benefits provider to find out what coverage may be available to you.
And if you don’t have coverage, we’ve kept our pricing simple and affordable:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR SOMEONE TO ARRIVE?
Once your service has been booked, our goal is to have a trained Lift Assist team at your door.
Because we are a dedicated non-emergency service, our team is focused specifically on providing safe, reliable lift assistance.
While weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect arrival times, we pride ourselves on providing prompt, dependable service when you need it most.
Our reliable call takers will keep you updated during the call until we arrive. If there is ever an unexpected delay, we'll notify you or an emergency contact so you know exactly when to expect us.

We believe professional help should remain accessible, which is why eligible customers may qualify for medical-alert partner discounts, flexible payment arrangements or reduced pricing through our Community Access Program.
We also provide a detailed receipt that may be submitted to an extended health-benefit, veterans’ or home-support plan.
Eligibility, reimbursement and reduced-rate availability vary and cannot be guaranteed. Please ask about available affordability options when requesting service.
